If you are really serious about quiting, DO NOT hang out with others who smoke. Find the people who are living the life you want and try to associate with them. What ever you do, don’t give up, just keep trying! Your life will just get better and better. THink of things that are way more fun to do than smoking and do them! Look at the other people with lung cancer and illness, look at the healthy strong people that you want to follow! Keep trying, if at first you don’t succeed, try try again!

you have to go to a high class reputable association and get proper qualifications, thats the secret. If your motivation is to control others forget it, you can not hypnotise others against their will making them do something which is against their morals.

Yes,even so not very often, people have no money here, but when I do,its very interesting and rewarding when something negative from the past surfaces and resolves itself.btw the finger anchoring technique is helpful because when u r tempted to fall back into old habits u press the fingers 2gether and ur subc mind remembers the good points, the more oftn u do the anchoring technique the stronger it bcomes. When u do it, use all the senses, feel, taste see and think the benefits when pressing & let go

Wow, I really love the tips! I will check that Subliminal Blaster out. I didn’t know you are a hypnotherapist. My brother Gaura is learning about hypnotherapy. Do you do past life regressions too?

I am a hypnotherapist and use these techniques with my clients and many times they work well. When looking at the POSITIVE images, anchor the messages deeper into the subconscious mind by pressing the tips of the right index finger and thumb together with each message and image, this helps to deepen the association with it.Here is a free program to help creating your own or running pre made messages on the computer screen whilst working on it, its free, “Subliminal Blaster”
