I’m 8 days in already feel SO much better.
My outlook is different, i am not moping and feeling like i have sacrificed something like on other quit attempts. I am very very optimistic this time as a result of Allen Carr’s method.
    Thanks for your feedback.
    Jason

I dont understand why quitting depresses some people and all this talk about feeling like shit about it, I feel better and better as each day goes by, more energy, better mood, mental clarity, more motivation, sleep better, I have been going to the gym 6 days a week and gained 8 ounds of muscle in a month…

I love it…I think Im going to listen to the CDs again though, to unwravel more of the brainwashing, I definitely experience my mind trying to justify smoking, more and more ev

i talk like I feel powerful and I act like a marlboro cowboy…I might be insulted if it made any sense =)

I will just pretend to be insulted since that was your objective =)

4 weeks and still quit =)

    thanks for your support!

NEVERTHELESS, I was able to get help to go out to the local library and I payed 1.25 for the Allen Carr EASYWAY on audio book and I quit smoking 9 days ago ( I kept it a little late and ended up paying an extra 1.50)

  8. Comment by kamratframjandet

I still think you can afford it. Here comes another thumbs down.

  9. Comment by N1k1mon

WTF is with the thumbs down?? Hasnt anybody ever been flat ass broke and live with a terminal, debilitating disease that leaves them unable to earn income and has the government shit on them and not help with a dime….even though youve worked since you were 11 years old through your late twenties??

Unless youve been where I am piss off, its called shareware because sometimes the author/(s) allo people to spread altruistic/humanitarian material for free

  10. Comment by kamratframjandet

Don’t you think it’d be worth paying for?

  11. Comment by N1k1mon

Does anybody have the Ebook for sharware??

I had my last cig 2 days ago. I could barely finish it I was so ready to stop. I know 2 days=nothing. But I stopped without any nicotine replacement, without any intervention, cold turkey- I actually have enjoyed quitting.
